Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be in the same condition as receivedโunworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the purchase date must not exceed 15 days.

Damages and Issues:
We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions:
- Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for returns unless proof of damage upon delivery is provided.
- Products purchased during sales events (e.g., seasonal sales, stock clearance, discount codes) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order. Note that a 35% fee of the previous invoice/parcel will be applied for exchanges.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, 30% of the original amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded via your preferred payment method.
- Refunds may take 3-12 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
